Event planning
Themes, schedules, timelines, and a clear route from brief to stage.
Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science
We turn campus ideas into experiences people remember—and give students the real-world craft to lead them.
Event Management Club is a student-led, faculty-guided platform where students learn by doing.
Every successful event is a thousand invisible decisions made well.
Themes, schedules, timelines, and a clear route from brief to stage.
Venue, equipment, hospitality, registration, and the details guests feel.
Marketing, publicity, photography, and media that give every event a life after it ends.
We envision a vibrant, inclusive student community where every learner has the confidence and opportunity to turn ideas into meaningful experiences. EMC aims to be a space where creativity, leadership, innovation, and teamwork come together, helping students discover their strengths and grow into thoughtful professionals who can lead with purpose.
Our mission is to give students practical, real-world experience through the complete life of an event—from planning themes and budgets to managing venues, teams, guests, hospitality, marketing, and live operations. By collaborating across departments and learning from faculty guidance, members build communication, problem-solving, accountability, and event-management skills that stay with them beyond college.
